About Us

SK Mental Health Counseling Services, PLLC

Forensic Psychosocial evaluations are comprehensive assessments that aim to provide a bigger picture of who you are and what you have overcome, and give context to those who will review your case.

Psychotherapy, sometimes called talk therapy, refers to a variety of treatments that aim to help a person identify and change troubling emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Most psychotherapy takes place when a licensed mental health professional and a patient meet one-on-one or in a group setting. Psychotherapy is also a strength-based practice with the purpose of supporting individuals in exploring how past experiences have influenced their present.
